Description

We like to light candles even in the longer days of daylight; the flicker of a candle’s glow is a multi-sensory experience, and not just a light source. With this in mind, we approached ceramicist Cara Guthrie to imagine a range of Midsummer Candlesticks. They are available in three variations of size and glaze. These chalk ones have a Druid-like quality to them. In Druid tradition Alban Hefin means “The Light of the Summer”.

They all take a candle of up to 2.5 cms diameter.

Large: Diameter 10cm, height 17cm.
Medium: Diameter 10cm, height 12.5cm.
Small: Diameter 10 cm, height 8.5cm.
