Scrub Ash Glazed Mug
Ingot Objects£40.00
Description
Wheel thrown stoneware mugs with “scrub-ash” glaze. Jonathan Wade, the man behind Ingot Objects, collected scrub including blackthorn, hawthorn and elder, to turn into ash. The resulting glaze has hidden depths, like staring into the haar. The mugs are a joy to behold, to hold and to drink from.
Given the nature of the hand-thrown process, the material and the glaze, these pieces will all be slightly individual.
