With the same pleasing glaze combination and contrast as her bowls, LaKrista’s jars are small and perfectly formed. We are fans of the gradient of their curves – from belly to knob – which imbue the jars with a special personality. LaKrista reveals of her process: ‘These are one of the more time-sensitive things I make, but also one of the most satisfying. The lid is thrown off-the-hump to size, then turned, and I throw the knob straight on to it. Essentially it’s three pots in one!’
